Well, the first image is part of the collet tray I believe it holds the collet closer when not in use:
The second image is of a couple of thread cutting stops. Here's where it sits on the cross slide:
This one is missing the adjusting screw that sits in the hole and screws in to the slide. Here are the directions on how to use them:
