I bought a new straight pin from McMaster.com for the banjo shaft straight pin on my 9A gear box.
It must be poor quality metal. A few taps and the pin broke of inside the hole. No way to pull it out.
I first tried to remove it with several punches. It does not budge.
It started to drill it out but it not progressing. I was using the a hand drill . I though it might be harder to align on the drill press.
I came here for some sage advice.
