Looking for small micrometer dial and handle for SB XY table

I recently picked up the South Bend VTB-101, only the bottom table and the swivel base. I intend to duplicate the table to have two and make it a full XY table. I'm looking for the whole leadscrew assembly, but I realize that's probably a very hard part to find, so if I could just locate a small micrometer dial and handle I could make the leadscrew easy enough. I believe they're the same size as the small dials on the early lathes. I've attached some photos with measurements for reference.
(I tried to pm @SBLatheman already but your inbox is full)

Also if anyone happens to have another table they'd like to part with to save me from making a new one, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Eric

I have a spare table but no screw.
I was going to make up the parts but I have other projects that are more important.

I have a South Bend nut that works, from another machine.
It needs to be drilled and tapped for the locking set screw and the ball lock.

I also have the two different bases for the table.
I also have a South Bend handle and micrometer dial that will work, but not the threaded end that screws into the table.
