Purchased a sweet Milling Attachment from JLeather. Took it apart, cleaned it, repainted it. The existing mount didn't work for me, but I had an extra. The new mount is a little small, so the attachment doesn't have any rotation, but it still works nice and smooth.

As you have a t slot slide, consider making a mount similar to this one-(or buy the casting kit)
Milling Base (S-4382A)

Not only is is way more secure,but also moves the milling attachment up and out some for much needed clearances, and your swivel function will work too.

Yes, I have the kit, and that was my original plan, bit I have a weakness for original South Bend parts and accessories.
