need backing plate for 1 3/8 spindle

I need a backing plate or small 3 jaw chuck for old south bend lathe.
It has 1 3/8 x 10 threads spindle. I would appreciate any help I can get.

If you have a faceplate for the machine it is easy to make things for the spindle. You bolt the billet to the faceplate then bore and thread it for the spindle. To test it you just unscrew the faceplate and turn it around. Once you have a perfect fit on the spindle you can finish your plate on the spindle of the lathe. This is not as simple as it sounds but it works beautifully.

A little searching reveals that 1-3/8 - 10 is a very uncommon spindle thread
WTB: Old 1-3/8" -10 faceplate and/or backplate(s)

You may have to get one with a smaller thread and machine to fit your spindle.
