Default Need help with SB rotary table

I purchased a small South Bend rotary table awhile back. From what I've read online, the arm of this table is supposed to swing away to disengage the worm gear from the table. However, I haven't been able to figure out how to swing the arm out. Is there a latch or locking mechanism somewhere that I'm not seeing?

There is a set screw with a spring and ball that locks into a detent.
You might have to back out the set screw.

Thanks Rob! That did the trick. Someone had tightened that set screw down all the way.
