You would have better luck posting 2 ore three photos at a time and asking what they were. With that many all at once it is too hart to tell what is what. You should start a new thread for each of the two or three photos.

It looks like you might have all the parts for your taper attachemnt. Some of the parts do not go to the lathe. The thing with the ball handle and the t slots is a milling attachment. I also saw a dial indicator. Gary P. Hansen

It would be nice if the photos were taken with a better camera (it looks like you used a cell phone). Most of these are blurry and the contrast is really weird.

I think a lot of the parts are for a taper attachment that appears to be disassembled. I have no experience with those.

Sorry about the dodgy pics. They were taken with a cell phone, but it's a Nokia n95 which is a 5 megapixel. I will have to check to see what setting I had it on.

Good idea about posting a few at a time, I am just a little eager to see what i've got .

I just realised why the pics look weird, they were taken at night on the floor of my driveway. Sorry about that, i will take them again tomorrow.

It seems I also have a thread dial indicator.

If anyone has a metric one they wish to swap I am more than willing to do so.

Many of the bits seem to be just offcuts or small pieces that could be used to make stuff on the lathe. Some parts are mystery, not Hercus. Some parts are recognisable: (using last 3 digits of link, and last 3 digits of photo reference:
862/122 Main parts of taper turning attachment, mounted to lathe. Hercus.
895/118 Lathe dog, or driving dog. Used with drive plate, for turning between centres. Generic part, not necessarily Hercus.
849/112 A puller, not Hercus.
181/111 Driving plate, for use with driving (lathe) dog, for turning between centres. This one has a pin attached, for use with a straight dog. A bent type dog doesn't need a pin. The holes aren't standard, someone's drilled those. Looks like Hercus.
170/110 Unknown bed clamp, probably not Hercus.
836/105 Amongst the bits seems to be a boring bar, not Hercus.
442/102 Vertical slide, aka milling attachment. Not Hercus, but has been adapted to fit at base. Mounts in place of topslide.
761/101 Surface gauge, fitted with a dial indicator.
243/098 Toolpost of unusual design, maybe not Hercus but looks like a good one. A tool bit holder is mounted in it.

I just bought two hercus lathes ones a A model and the others a B or C i think haven't looked at that one much. also have boxes of gears and about 6 to 10 double ups on said gears. I'll post some pics later and try and figure out what I have. also have like 8 cross feed screws.
