OK so it turns out it's not a 9" junior it's actually an 11" SB milling attachment
So with the help of Ted SBLatheman it has been verified that this milling attachment is for an 11" SB and not a 9" Junior as I had suspected it to be, so now before it goes on the ebay as I have no need to have 11" parts when mine is a 9" I will ask again if there are any takers on trading this for the correct 9" milling attachment or a nice collet closer setup. I do have some more pics available and if anybody wants them just let me know.
