That is certainly newer than 1932. Don't sell yourself short. You need to research that serial number a little closer. If you have more stuff post the pics of what you have.
 
Wish this was 8 years earlier, when I bought my 1943 Model C. Plus, we're nearly neighbors ... I live in Red Hook! Good luck with the sale; it does look to be worth at least $1K, maybe more.
 
ah ok I did do some research in the serial number but I will dig deeper now. I will post more images tomorrow. Thank you.

All...."formula" for serial seems to work on pre 1947 numbers - and is decidedly non working for the "smaller" serials that were first used in 1947
