It could be a forties 14 1/2 Toolroom - 14 5/8" diameter actual capacity
You raise it by making yourself some raising blocks - one for flat way and one for vee way
Then you clamp it down with the stock straps and longer bolts (these hide under the HS)
Then you attend to stuff like getting the feeding/threading gear train to mesh again - and if the belt adjust runs out you get a new longer belt
If you need the TS higher, do that also - in whatever way suits its construction
If you don't regularly make stuff for set-ups, now is a good time to start doing that
