Have a '48 vintage 16X60 that I pretty much went thru years ago. Need to buy some TN?? inserts along with some GTN 2's and 3's and was looking for suggestions on grade and etc. If I ever knew anything about lathe work I've forgotten most of it. Mostly just do one off hobby work but, over the years, I've exhausted initial supply of what inserts I started with. Using an Aloris CXA post and all Aloris holders. Abandoned the lantern holder 35 years ago and only use steel bits on occasion.
