Hi All,
I am hoping that someone here can clear up a question for me...
In the SB documentation that I have relating to my lathe, the lathe (a 1959 SB16) shipped originally with a follower rest with unit code FRR100H.
I believe that the H means 16 inch lathes, and the 100 is related to the rev or design versions from SB, I assume the FR stands for Follower Rest, my question is about the final R in FRR.
I have seen SB16 follower rests with FRL101H stamped on it for sale, what does the FRL mean versus FRR? Was there a Right and Left version of this follower rest? My lathe has tapped holes on both sides of the saddle where the follower rest would bolt to.
Thanks in advance
Barry
