Hello all, thoughts on a collet closer for an L00 spindle please. I am comparing using a handwheel type drawbar unit vs. a dedicated 5C chuck. I don't really want to use the lever type due to the cost, relative complexity ,and having to remove the whole unit for thru-hole operations. This is for general use rather than production use.
