There were a number of different SB 13" lathes, you might need to be more specific.

I have a 13" CL8145B, I made an inventor mock up of the tailstock screw a couple months back, depending on model number and year this one should work for you, this is the most full picture of my tailstock I have on my PC, you should be able to verify it with that.
PM has a limit on PDF file sizes, if you need a larger image let me know and I can email it to you. I also make new screws for these machines, if needed I can make one for you.
