South Bend 7" Shaper - Paper Washer on Countershaft - What do I use?

My 7" shaper restoration is almost done. I have been running her today and trying to set the oil pump for the proper flow. There is a noise coming from the counter shaft that I think is a vibration that was suppose to be taken out by the Paper Countershaft Washer's. Mine were toasted. I don't believe there is any damage being done but I would like to silence the noise.

What would you cut new washers from? How would you cut the washers?

The countershaft diameter is .625 and the outside diameter of the Motor Cradle is 1.4.

Thanks,

Was your bearing drilled threw on the counter shaft?
Mine was not I was told that they are oil light bearing and it was not needed to be drilled threw,
Sorry for upside down pic
