Looks like a 9A to me. A 10K would have a thicker base on the compound. I'm not a SB expert, others here are, but that's my guess anyway.

Another 9A vote. Serial # stamped in top right front of bed might help.
Might have to move tail stock to see it. It would also give you an idea
of what year.
