What Brand Is This

Hi all I am having a hard time identifying this lathe the seller cant seem to find serial # or any marks and i would like to do some research before i drive a considerable distance to look at it

i believe you are correct that being said how are the to work on as in parts availability,restoring,accuracy,ect
i dont know much about them are they similar to a south bend,atlas type lathe
 
lots of guys in the antique forum that can answer much better than I
but what little experience I have regarding them is they are really sweet lathes in good shape.
 
Squinting at the tiny photo provided, I guess about like so - Regal Le Blond from 1937

About as much better than the "A" brand as it is possible to get

Parts?, no, its past 80 years old

It will match your personal "accuracy" step for step - assuming in good shape

(it isn't the machine doing the "accuracy" - its the critical eye, wide ranging mind and skilled hands in charge of the machine)
