I see 5C on a couple of them. Machinery's Handbook has a chart of several common collets and their dimensions.

Thread size and adapter size will tell what collet fits, should know that before buying.
On top of that the draw bar length has to be the right length and adapter taper suited for your lathe or that is something else to deal with?

The external thread on the back end of a 5C cillet is 1.238-20 RH.

Assuming the info you gave is correct it can't work. The South Bend 9" (or 10K and 10R for that matter) never used a 5C collet. The 10L and larger used them. We would need the dimensions to be sure but what you have doesn't look like a 5C collet draw tube.
