Rather foolishly I let a 11" South Bend 27-B follow me home.
I went to buy the chucks and the rest of the lathe just snuck into the truck...

The cross slide nut and screw are no good. There are only 6 change gears, there are several in the apron missing teeth. The back gears are missing so many teeth dentures are their only hope. :) and no tail stock.

The Thread dial. and milling attachment will do well on ebay. So is there anything anyone from here might want?
Handles, a nice 5 foot bed,and okay lead screw and banjo, the bull gear cover, the gear cover on the left hand side of the spindle. The cross slide is okay, the compound screw and gib are okay but the top of the compound is gone.

Im just curious if there is any interest for this lathe.....

Let me try one more time...
I have a soon to be parted out 11" South Bend 27-B

Is there any interest in these parts? The bull gear cover, change gear cover, stuff like that... even a complete head stock...
The banjo or lead screw...

About the only thing I want in the pictures is the thread dial...

After that CHEAP CHEAP is the idea...
I trying to share kinda unique parts before they get scraped....
