Wiring identification on old g.e. Motor

I have an south bend mod a 9 in. .. there is no tags or any info on motor there is 5 places to connect the wires .. it’s a old G.E motor.the places are marked 5 1234 I can send pictures but do not how to do this on here ..

Without any reference photos, no one is probably going to try to advise you.
However, I ran across a video of a guy that rewired his GE motor on a SB 9".
I watched a little of it....guess it's better than nothing. There might be some
good info nuggets in there somewhere.

Keep in mind, this is a two-parter, so make sure to look for the 2nd video.

If it doesn't, let me know. I have a '59 9B with a Gen Elect motor, and I cut the cable between the motor
and barrel switch (to move the machine). I am NOT an electrician!

BTW, it would be a good idea to learn how to send pics...it's not that hard. See "how to" topics above.
