250 mm diameter. Made in China, no idea of brand. Looks unused, but has shop rash that has been filed off. Jaws are nice and fit tightly in the slots. Takes 12mm chuck wrench. Wrench is not included, but you can have the used wrench in the photos for $10. Will fit in large Flat Rate box. Reply here then send a PM if interested.
