2” Cleveland taper pin reamer for sale or trade

This reamer belongs to a friend of mine who is 88 years old. It is new, never used. I am guessing it came from a local freight salvage company. It has a number 5 Morse taper. 2.041” on big end and 1.75 on small. It is huge and tag says 12 lbs.

If you have a need our want for a taper pin reamer this size, let me know. Will try to work something out. Buyer to pay shipping. Would like it to go to someone who could use it. Have no idea who would need one this large.

I didn't think they made taper pins that large.

I honestly didn’t know they made them that large either. I couldn’t find anything on one this large. I couldn’t find anything on the part number. Package states taper pin reamer or I wouldn’t have guessed it as such.

It is not used for taper pins. It is used as a finish reamer for cleaning/deburring tool sockets like in the spindle of large lathes and quills of large drilling machines. My largest is a number 4 MT. I'm interested if your price is reasonable.

Those same pins have had the small ends mushroomed over till they were bigger than the big ends.... or maybe not... but I'm sure it'll be easy to sort out.

It is a number 5 Morse taper on the shank. Pretty sure it is not a finish reamer for any spindles.
I was hoping someone might need it and make a reasonable offer. $50.00 + actual shipping continental U.S. only. Insurance if requested at buyers expense.

Common on more than one bed section on LONG lathe type equipment - where the end faces of the bed sections are aligned and then in situ drilled and reamed with big reamers like this for big (and non standard) taper pins to maintain the aligning. Split line of bed pair is often the center of the reamed hole

Here are some more non standards with only 1/16 taper per foot on dia
