They are definitely new. I had to remove the plastic packaging to origami them into those boxes. Would you say they're more like 5/16" than 3/16" now that you got your hands on them?

There is still one box of six 5/16" x 50FT lines waiting for a new owner.

Thanks to all who've helped clear out winch lines!

And some very nice origami it was too. Not sure there was any room left for air in there!

After reading your question I spent a couple minutes kneading and rolling one of the lines and stretched it a bit by pulling up one end while standing on the other. Caliper said .284" - that equates to a ¼" line in dyneema in my experience. If that is the case, MBS will be around 8,000 pounds.

IWUP- Sent you PM's and no response. I need your shipping address or I'm going to refund your payment. Please respond!

This is why I repeatedly ask people not to pay by friends and family.

    Got mine today.
    Thank you, Garwood

Are these things resistant to sunlight? I might put one on my trailer winch. But it lives outdoors.

They don't get along with sunlight. If you leave it outside cover it up or it will deteriorate in 6 months to a year.
