Hello everyone

I have a Bridgeport mill that does not have power feed. It is a 1980 model so would like to acquire a power feed unit for it from that time range. A model 6f may be fine as well. If anyone has one available please let me know

Thanks

No1boatguy: Are you intentionally wanting a Bridgeport model power feed or are you just wanting to get a power feed on the machine? If the latter, you would be better served by installing a Servo 150 model. They are smaller, lighter and more dependable. The Bridgeport model were big and heavy and had problems.

We fix the BP power feeds, and they are beasts. Expensive to fix.

@johnevans also brings up a good point, you will need a replacement leadscrew.

Psh that is pretty cheap. A new motor is $700, a new circuit board is $240, main gear is like $200.

If you can get a used one for that, that is not that bad at all.
