I have a lot of CBN and PCD inserts for sale
They have been used in the industry for a limited time and then replaced
They have all been checked with a magnifying glass after use, and I now offer the good ones for sale
No broken or unsharp cutting edges
They have all 1 or 2 cutting tips, only TCGW1102 may have 3 cutting tips
You pay US$ 2.5 for 1 cutting tip, a TCGW1102 costs US$7 ( by Sandvik unit price is over US$ 80 / pc)
On the photo you can see a shaft of an HSS milling cutter, from 25 to 12 mm
Also a ball bearing ring, turned with CBN
Shipping not included

CBN (cubic boron nitride) is second only to diamond in hardness. CBN is a synthetically produced material for stable machining due to high thermal conductivity.
Preferably CBN inserts versus the diamond is the possibility to use also for machining materials with iron content (hardened steel, cast iron etc.).
Features of CBN

High hardness results in superior wear resistance and long tool life. High-speed cutting is applicable to heat-treated steel and cast iron. Heat conductivity is good, and prompt heat evacuation and stable cutting are possible.

PCD ensures high-precision machining
PCD diamond material is a synthetic material sintered under high temperature and high pressure.
PCD (polycrystalline diamond) is ideal for non-ferrous metals, non-metal turning, milling and other types of cutting.

Features of PCD

PCD inserts ensure long tool life due to high hardness, and stable machining due to high thermal conductivity.
You can machine at high cutting speed, which increases machining productivity. Even at high speed, the inserts reduce built-up edge and allow high-precision machining.
