I have 4 center rests, one is a roller type $250.00 and the others are $150.00 each or $400.00 for all three. I don't know what type of lathe they came off of. contact [email protected] or 302.436.5442

They are, usually, called steady rests. But I saw "center rest" name in some old literature too.

I must admit that using "center rest" in the title may attract more hits. I was one of those who didn't realize right away what exactly was for sale. :)

What some people may not realize is that steady may not fit your particular lathe, BUT it takes next to nothing to adapt it. Cut down or adapt it up. Doesn't have to be perfectly centered. That's what the screws are for. Just make sure she's square to the bed.
