I am cleaning up and found a big stash of huge cylindrical grinding wheels 20”OD x 12”IDx6” wide. All NOS. 6 in total.
I prefer text messages as I don’t get on this board as often anymore. 6three6 485 five745

May want to look for grit and other data on the side of the wheels, and post that too.

Wheels for a centerless grinder?

That's about the right size for an end table .

No, for sharpening lawn mower blades. Just set the running mower in the center of the laid-over wheel. Boom, instant sharpening...

Depending on the configuration, might be for a blanchard grinder, a hanchet type
knife grinder, or even a Zamboni bed knife grinder.....

At 6" wide? Big-ass journals...

No, these are likely just for centerless grinding, you'd need a bigger OD to "reach in" for crank journal grinding, which would usually be on a cylindrical or purpose-built machine.
