If you do not find one. this is what I did I took the lathe dog driving plate that came with my lathe and mount a plate to it that I bolted a bison 5c chuck to it . I made a recess deep enough and thick enough fo stear around screws to dial it in .

Ditto the 2j collet comment, if you already have a set of 5C you want to stick with them; understand. I believe 2J collets go up to 1 3/8" in capacity though, which is nice. Used Sjogren D1-6 / 2J collet chucks and collets often come up on eBay in nice condition. Thought to mention that option.
I also have a box of flex collets, I think one may be missing though. Flex collets have their purpose but are no substitute for rigid collets. If you have an interest I can send you a picture and a price with a PM. Price will be reasonable.
