Faceplate, A2-5 mount, 8 3/4 nominal diameter, T-slot grooves. No manufacturer name or logo visible. Has 5046 stamped into the backside. There are (2) 3/8 UNC threaded holes in the back side along with (4) 10-32 threaded holes in the face, both that I presume were shop modifications. I am unfamiliar with this mounting style. Auction purchase, this faceplate was bundled with some other faceplates/backplates I needed for my lathe. I've been sitting on this part for a year - off and on thinking of mounting it to a D1-6 backplate but have decided to part with it. $75 + $16 for shipping (also on eBay)
