I don't know if anyone could use this Lagun/Servo 140 power feed for spare parts. I purchased a mill and the cord for the limit stop had been yanked out of the power feed. When I tore it down to repair it it had some worn parts and was filthy inside. The main worn parts are the lift fork #4913 and lift fork bearing #01221, everything else looks to be okay but I didn't inspect it too closely. I purchased a new unit rather than repair it. There is no adapter, bevel gear or bottom cover. As far as I know all 140's are the same save the adapter, bevel gear and miscellaneous limit stop parts.
