No apparent makers mark. Well made, fine ground finishes all over. End of collet is about flush with the end of the adapter with a counterbore that may require a somewhat thinner od on the drawtube.

Sheldon 10" & 11" lathes take a stubby MT-5.
Large dia. about 1.625"

Emco Super 11 used a stubby Royal collet adapter about that size too.

That being, in the Super 11 that has the D1-4 camlock spindle nose, possibly the large bore bolt-on DIN nose too.
