Drawer label holders
(10) pcs appears to be die cast aluminum or zinc
3-5/8 x 2-1/4 w a recess for the label/card
Were with my dads tools that were stored in laboratory style metal bench cabinets.
He worked for the local chemical company and used to be able to buy surplus cheap.
I can remember the cabinets coming home in the late 60's
These may have been spares from the same lot that he never got around to attaching.
All are still flat, appear to have been attached with adhesive.
Provision with 1/8" holes to attach(except for (1)
I have not attempted to remove any of the adhesive or paint that is on some of them.
I'm sure a soak in a solvent/paint remover would clean them up, or if your bored you could lap the residue off
