A few sales posts are ok. but you do plan to participate at some point?

Yes, I do plan on contributing more. One problem I seem to run into is the "professional" posters seem to get there before me and I don't live on my computer. As far as how many for sales posts I would like to do, as few as possible! I am not in business to buy and sell stuff and chasing questions and going to the post office is not my idea of fun. I have just accumulated too much in the 25+ years of machining and want to find homes for these items where they can be appreciated and be useful.

One question, I have not been able to locate the function where I can edit the post. Can you help me please? Thanks, Neal

I'm a new guy myself, but sometimes a post that just confirms with a second opinion helps. I'm more likely to try something if it looks like several people have done it than if there is just one post.

5c collets

Well I cleared some more this weekend. I have a lot of collets for sale and more micrometers.
Collets;

1, 9/64".".sold..........1, 11/32"...............1, 33/64"..sold....7, 3/4"
1, 5/32"....sold.........9, 3/8"...................1, 17/32"....sold.....3, 13/16"
5, 3-16"................1, 13/32"................3, 9/16"..............5, 7/8"
1, 7/32"................1, 27/64".sold.........1, 19/32".............1, 57/64".....sold
7, 1/4"..................4, 7/16"..................10, 5/8"..............1, 59/64"......sold
3, 9/32"................2, 15/32"..sold.........1, 41/64"...sold....3, 15/16"
2, 5/16"................1, 31/64".................1, 21/32"...sold....5, 1"

The collets are Q.A., HARDINGE, JAPAN, PHASE II, ENCO, and unmarked. Some have some battle scars. For those I'm asking $2.00 ea. for everything else $3.00 ea. Plus shipping.
The worst one is a HARDINGE.

Some collets are new still in the wrapping. I will gladly take close ups of sizes you are interested in.

Disappears after about a day, or after so many replies (haven't figured out which yet)

What type are the collets? r8? 5c? The hardinge picture looks like it says r8, but I've not seen r8 by 64th before.

Sorry, 5c collets.
