Who uses G10 material?

I'm cleaning off the shelves and I don't want to add to the local landfill; got an assortment of G10 leftovers to sell.
Some are labeled G10/FR4, most don't say.

Dimensions are as follows:
.125 x 12 x 12 (G10/FR4)
.187 x 12 x 12 (G10/FR4; piece of that sheet has been cut off)
.250 x 12 x 12 (G10/FR4)
.250 x 5.5 x 17
.500 x 7 x 24
.750 x 4 x 10.50
.980 x 3 x 8 (2)
.980 x 6 x 12
1.0 x 6 x 12

I'd prefer to sell it as a batch; looking for $150 plus shipping.

Thanks!

Hi Mac, as you probably already know, knife makers use this alot for scales and handles. A knife makers forum might give you some more interest. Jim

The 1/8". 3/16", and maybe the 1/4" stuff would be very desirable to knife makers. The only Knife forum I frequent, BladeForums, will not allow you to post for sale threads unless you are a paid subscriber so I don't know where you should go.

I found that out, about Bladeforums. LOL
I joined Knifedogs and posted an ad; time will tell..

Would knife makers be interested in 1/16" thick G10? I think I have a bunch of drops but wonder if that's too thin to be useful.

Yes. I had one member of the Knifedogs forum ask me if I had anything in the .030-.060 range, but I don't.

He didn't want a very large piece. But if he has a use for thin stuff, I imagine there must be others who use it.

When I was making knives, I would use down to .02" thick G10 for liners and accent pieces.
