For Sale. Fine feed ratchet wheel for Morrison Keyseaters. The ratchet wheel that controls the feed rate on Morrison Keyseaters feeds the cutter at about .003/.004" per stroke we have found that to be too coarse for wider keyways. This ratchet wheel reduces the feed rate by about 50%. It is an exact copy of the factory part but the ratchet tooth pitch is about half of the original. Made from 4140 steel and heat treated to 42Rc. We made one of these for our machine and made a 2nd one while we were at it. Price is $175.00 and includes USPS flat rate shipping in the US.
