This is a Speed-Rite variable speed conversion that I removed from a Supermax VS16 milling machine. It ran perfect when removed. This is a kit that replaces all of the mechanical components in the typical variable speed heads on Bridgeports and clones. It uses a Baldor VFD and Baldor Super E motor.
It includes everything shown and also the drive belt and spindle pulley which I haven't removed from the head yet.
These sell new for close to $3k. I'm asking $1000 OBO.
I'll consider crating for freight shipment if the buyer sets of shipping and pays for crating materials.
PM me if interested.

Ray,
Yes, the Speed-Rite is very similar, except it doesn't have the tapping setup like the AC Pro Drive.

So far, not much interest from anyone. Throw an offer at me. The worst that can happen is I can say no.
