Hardinge-Sjogren D1-3 collet chuck with 2J collets

This is a Hardinge/Sjogren no. 2A-D3 collet chuck with 27 Hardinge and Rivett 2J collets. The chuck has a centering issue. A part tightened in a collet exhibits about .003" runout. The collet taper on the chuck has about .0005" TIR. My guess is that the collet is being slightly cocked when tightened down; I don't currently wish to spend the time tracking down the problem, but maybe you do. Most of the collets show the battle scars of careless use. The chuck is complete with the three camlock studs, and will fit a D1-3 spindle nose. Collet sizes are:

1/8, 3/16 (2), 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 3/8, 13/32, 7/16 (2), 15/32 (2), 1/2, 11/32, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1, 1 1/8, 1 1/4, 1 5/16, 1 3/8.
