Hendey 12x30 gearhead lathe steady rest

I notice that there is a metric transposing plate shown on page 3 of the Index Plates section. I can't make out what pitches are shown but I think this could be very useful. I wonder, if your original has more definition, if you could take a photo of that metric plate and post it.

you can zoom in on the image and it shows up nice and clear
 
Here is a photo of a catalog page - may be okay. Its important to read Hendey's fine print. 12,14 and 16 use SPECIAL gearbox with Metric screw. 18, 20 and 24 use the regular or standard gear box with Metric lead screw and special change gears
