Identifying who made this Tool

Hello,

Back in the late 90s I worked for a laser company that manufactured their own lasers. An assembler used two different clicking torque wrenches. They were possibly made by Proto but after looking at their website none of their torque wrenches resembled these. The length was between six to nine inches, were 1/4" square drive ratcheting, and if my memory serves me right they were preset 10 inch lbs and 20 inch lbs respectively. Now the company is defunct, so I cannot find out anything from that company. Does anyone know of a tool manufacturer that produced torque wrenches like this? If you have more questions I might be able to answer more but at this point I am not sure what else will help. Any ideas?

Thank you
