I have these two index plates (or whatever you call them).
I don't know what they fit. They are stamped 371 and 372 and are 5-5/16" dia. and 1/2" thick.
If you need them...I will sell both for $10 which includes shipping within the 48 states. That will cover my cost of postage and perhaps a bagel but not my gasoline or precious time.
