I bought these in a lot of tooling, and have more than I need. I thought they were brand new 12mm, but when I got home and measured them, they are all about .002 thou shy, so I assume they are re grinds, but I would never guess it. Maybe they were sent back to iscar for regrind, I dont know (.002 thou under????), but they they look and work great. Ive been using them on flame cut 4340 at about 40rc.
