Are you sure this is a "Ball Bearing Super Chuck" ?? Should say that right on the body.
The body looks different than any Jacobs Super Chuck I've seen. Looks like one of their regular chucks.

Its an older Super Chuck. Even older than this were the ones with the knurled sleeve.

I have a older No. 20 Jacobs ball bearing chuck with the straight OD sleeve and I've had it apart. Also have two others with the oval shaped sleeves on them. The same repair kit works on all of them. I don't know about the newer ones from China. Ken

It is a ball bearing super chuck. The older ones all had the straight sleeve like the one offered for sale here. A lot of people speak up when they don't know what they are talking about.
