40:1, 40 NMTB, one index plate (37, 39, 41, 43, 47, 49), splined input shaft for low lead, nice backplate for a chuck. It’s dirty, but it operates smoother than anything else I have in my shop. I wouldn’t sell it, but I sold my 3H a couple years ago and this is a little too big for my Rockwell 21-100. Need to put this towards something more my size. The tailstock is in rougher shape, but works fine. Asking $500, located near Kalamazoo, MI.
