I bought this Kay Industries Phasemaster MA-7 {40hp start} rotary phase converter in good faith, at installation we found a mouse nest in end plate, they clawed the paper insulation from slots but they did not get into the top box with capaciters. Motor shop says it has to be rewound. My loss your gain. I hate to scrap it if someone can use it.
