KO Lee Cutter Grinder accessories needed

I am looking for some accessories for my cutter grinder;

1. Looking for a universal tooth rest

2. Single or set of tail stocks with 4 1/8 " center height

3. Spindle arbor adapter B936B which adapts to 1 1/4 in wheel hubs

Any help with these would be Great

Skip, have you tried Sopko?

Their website said they do customs......
