Lathe jaw Jenga game aka Rohm soft top jaws/ boat anchors/ mill head counterweights?!

Not sure if I'll be able to find a home for these, but it seems a shame to scrap them:

Soft jaws – all have 1.5” and 3 1/8” bolt centers, ¾” key and 1” groove. No idea what standard (or chuck) that fits.


Left side, top to bottom

Rohm 12-3471 1237 13.5-21.5” span 10 ¼ long x 3.5 high x 3” wide, ends cut
Rohm 12-3473 1237 13.5-21.5” span 10 ¼ long x 3.5 high x 3” wide, ends uncut
Shopmade, same dimensions and bolt centers, ends cut

Right side, top to bottom

Weird ones 4 ¼ long x 3 ½ x 2 ½”, look like they fit into some sort of socket

$50 a set would be nice, happy to take an offer on the lot. Not sure about shipping, they'd probably have to be palleted and strapped/ wrapped as they are bleeding heavy. My zip is 78254.

these are going to the great scrapyward in the sky on the 18th, so if anyone can use them they're yours for scrap+a bit for my time packing them+shipping.

All but the quick change inserts have gone to the scrappers. Those and the tool blocks added up to 705lb! I'll have to find something else heavy to work out with now..

What did your scrap yard pay?

13.5c/lb coming in, 30c/lb going out for tin shred/ steel.

Crazy how much it's gone up recently, I'm more used to 2-3c/lb
