I wrinkled mine removing it from a rusty shaft with a puller. The pulley takes a size "A" belt, it is 6 inches in diameter and it has a 5/8 bore with a keyway, but no key is used.

I am sure there are, but asking is an inconvenience that I reserve for more dire situations. I have purchased a congress pulley, the same as from Mcmaster, from an eBay seller, but thanks for the suggestion anyway.
