Pacific One Trioc combination shear and brake Model 107-0710 Capacity 24"
Made in USA, dates to 1973.
On a wheeled stand made from slotted steel angle, which is included.
Not sure if there is additional tooling with it, but that would be included. I found one angle bar that appears to be for it.
Only one like it I could find was this one for $550
