    Great buy Zahnrad! I have a bunch of uses for that myself. I don't think I have ever seen such a contraption. But, I like it! Is that a standard serrated jaw pattern? Or and odd-ball?

    It is an oddball pattern.

    I don't have hard jaws for it.
    I was using aluminum soft jaws. They are available from a number of places.

    The travel of the jaws is about 0.375

    It is around 30lb (one day I'll buy a scale)
