I have a few speed collet chucks.

3J L1 taper $325
Jacobs Rubber Flex with L1 backing plate $250
Jacob Rubber Flex with oddball threaded spindle. Came off an old smaller LeBlond. The backing plate can easily be removed to make your own for whatever machine. $250
No collets with any of these.
Trades for lathe insert tooling/D1-5/BXA tooling considered.
